Everyone in the church has a role to play and something to offer but we also recognise it’s helpful to have a team of people to encourage others in that journey. These teams aren't supposed to do everything themselves, they're focussed on empowering others in the church.
Leadership Team
Grace Church is blessed by a variety of gifted leaders across a few different teams, but the one that you'll probably see the most regularly is our leadership team. That's because this team is responsible for leading our services as well as the day-to-day leadership and direction of the church, implementing our vision and managing the staff team.

Elders
In the Bible, we find elders appointed to act like fathers in the church family. This is particularly evident in their leading, preaching, pastoring and example to others (though they’re not the only ones doing these things). Working with others, they guide the Church in its doctrine and provide a safe environment for everyone to thrive.

Trustees
Our trustees serve the church by overseeing more of the practical and legal aspects of Grace Church that allow our other teams to flourish. Working behind the scenes, they ensure we're compliant with charity law and provide input on decisions regarding things like finances, our building and staffing.
